Start with Why

by Simon Sinek

You may have heard of Simon Sinek from his viral video, Ted Talk: Start with Why, and listened to his concept of the "Golden Circle". If not, it's definitely encouraged to watch even the 3 minute cuts of his presentation. Simon's approach on how to run a business and how maintain happiness throughout life is completely refreshing and a much needed reminder of how we can all reach our point of happiness. That unless we remind ourselves or figure out what our purpose is for doing what we are doing... we will never find fulfillment.
